TUNA
LOAF
Ingredients for 4 to 6 persons
: 300 gr [11 oz] cooked tuna flesh
(canned or fresh) / 100 gr [3.5 oz] plain flour / 3 eggs / 100 gr
[3.5 oz]
grated swiss cheese / 15 cl [5 fl oz] milk / 5 cl [2 fl oz] olive
oil / 1 teaspoon
baking powder / butter, salt & pepper.
- Mix the flour and the eggs together until you obtain an homogeneous
mixture.
- Incorporate the milk slowly, then the oil.
- Add the baking powder, the crushed tuna and then the cheese.
- Mix well and season with salt & pepper.
- Butter a loaf tin, pour the paste and bake in preheated oven at
200°C /
400°F for 40 minutes.
Serve warm with lettuce…. |
