do I prepare a coulis from fresh berries? I want to make a berry

COULIS
DE FRUITS ROUGES (RED FRUIT SAUCE)
Coulis de Fruits rouges (red fruit sauce) is very simple to prepare
:
Ingredients are : 1 lb fresh berries / 50 gr [2 oz] sugar / the juice
of
˝ lemon
Method : quickly wash the berries, and prepare them (bone them if
needed, pull the stalks off. etc). Blend them with an electric mixer
until
you obtain a thin puree then strain it carefully into a thin strainer.
Mix with the sugar and lemon juice and keep in fridge until you use
it. |
